Rated 5 out of 5 by Sharkybarks from My favorite lure of all time! I've been buying these for years, I live in the Chesapeake Bay area and I fish for stripers during the dead of winter in the estuaries of the bay. These fish range from 3lbs to 30lbs and the only lure they will hit is the magic swimmer. I've tried everything else, bucktails, metal spoons, ect, but these fish only like the magic swimmer on a slow retrieve near the surface. In my opinion this is the best lure I have ever used, and it is one I will never go without.

Rated 5 out of 5 by TheeVinnyP from What an awesome Swimmer! Recently bought my swimmer and have used it in a number of applications but I have caught everything from snapper to blue fish to weakfish on it in about 4 days. The thing swims like its alive and its so crazy how lifelike it is! thanks guys, will be back for more!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Dan1234 from Beautiful This lure swims so well, it is just a thing of beauty in the water. It cast pretty well, doesn't get as far as other plugs, but what makes its swimming action so great cuts distance a bit. All in all a great plug!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Tom8 from Swims Great, Cheap Hooks This thing swims awesome. I got the 5" size and in a greenback ghost color and it is an excellent imitator for blueback herring or gizzard shad which both live in the lake that I fish. It does not do as well on a very slow retrieve, and I would definitely recommend replacing the stock hooks because they are undersized and very cheaply made. What I really like doing is swimming it, then every now and then pausing and twitching it sort of like a jerk bait.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bullet from A Fisherman's Bait This little bait runs true, does not turn side to side and you can fish it slow or burn it and it its still the same. Bottom line, it catches fish, as it looks like a bait fish trying to get away. The colors are great , and all you have to do is tie it on. I threw it on braid and caught fish, so the fish were zero in on the bait. I would recommend it highly

Rated 5 out of 5 by jimwarden from Finally a Floating Magic Swimmer! Slow rolling (waking) a Magic Swimmer on top just got a lot easier with the floating Magic Swimmer. Used it yesterday and we probably caught 50 largemouth bass! This will extend our fishing season and catch more fish when water surface is slick.

Rated 4 out of 5 by crazy4snook from great action bought this about a month ago. tried it once to see how it works and it has great action. i'm sure it will catch fish. however i would like to see it have saltwter hooks though. it is because of the hooks that i didn't give it an excellent rating
